On-Site Buffet
Need a little help dishing out our family recipes to your guests? Don't worry, we are here to help. With the on-site buffet service we will show up to your event approx. two hours ahead of time to set up a shining buffet station. During the course of one service hour (customize if needed), our servers will maintain the buffet, serve your guests as they line up, and we will take care of all the clean-up. You don't lift a finger. Sturdy disposable plateware is included. $1000 minimum order with an average fee of $300/hour for the buffet service.
Live Fire Grillin'
Want the original "Grillbilly" experience? We truly believe that allowing your guests to see and smell what goes into the perfect plate can add unsurpassable value and atmosphere to your event. With the live fire grill service we haul our grills out and your guests immediately know where to find the food- and that's where the smoke rises. $1500 minimum order with an average fee of $400 for live fire grilling.
Full Service Cater
Having an event that calls for the utmost elegance and service? Full service catering implies that our servers will set up a staging area for food holding, expedite dishes to your guests in a professional manner, clear dishes and prepare your tables for the next course. This is our most premium service that we offer, and it is well worth the full service fee of $500 with an order minimum of $2000. Tables, linens, & plateware available upon request.
